Δύο εκδηλώσεις διαβούλευσης για το υλικό περιβαλλοντικής εκπαίδευσης που θα παραχθεί μέσα από το έργο LIFE ARCPROM θα πραγματοποιηθούν στις 7 και στις 9 Ιουνίου.  Πιο συγκεκριμένα, στο πλαίσιο της δράσης E5 (" Δράσεις περιβαλλοντικής εκπαίδευσης") συνεργάτες της περιβαλλοντικής οργάνωσης "Καλλιστώ" θα παρουσιάσουν τις διαδρομές των Μονοπατιών της Συνύπαρξης καθώς και τα φυλλάδια που θα οδηγούν μαθητές, δάσκαλους και όλους τους υπόλοιπους επισκέπτες και θα προτείνουν εκπαιδευτικά παιχνίδια. After repeated incursions in several villages to feed on barnyard animals, the Bear Emergency Team of the Majella National Park planned a specific intervention to capture F1.99, a problematic female bear better known as Peppina. The capture attempt, implemented in the frame of the Life ARCPROM, was successful and the she-bear is now equipped with a GPS radio-collar. LIFE ARCPROM

The LIFE ARCPROM project (LIFE18 NAT / GR / 000768) aims at improving human-bear coexistence in four National Parks of S.Europe, three in Greece and one in Italy. The project started in October 2019 and will last for 5 years. Partners of the project are four National Parks (Prespa, Northern Pindos, Rhodope Mountain range and Majella), two universities (the ones of Thessaly and of Western Macedonia), and two environmental organizations (Callisto and WWF Italy). The project is co-financed by 75% by the EU's LIFE program the Green Fund and the partners' own resources, while the total budget is € 2,786,497.
