Opening ceremony of the International Conference of the LIFE ARCPROM
The opening ceremony of the International Conference of the LIFE ARCPROM project took place on Tuesday afternoon 25/2/2025 at the Hippocrates amphitheatre of the University of Thessaly. During the opening ceremony, the objectives and results of the project were presented and the documentary created in the framework of LIFE ARCPROM was screened.
Short speeches were delivered by the Rector of the University of Thessaly, Professor Charalambos Billinis, the Head of the Protected Areas Management Unit of Thessaly of NECCA, Dimitris Michalakis, and the Head of the Policy Implementation Inspectorate of Thessaly-Central Greece of the Ministry of Environment, Zoe Ftika.
The objectives, content and results of the European project LIFE ARCPROM were presented by the director of the Environmental Organization Callisto and project manager of the project, Spyros Psaroudas.
